DML: Step Two, Keep ‘Er Goin’

Yeah, it’s been a while.

I know.

I’m sorry (I’m not sorry).

When I say a while, I do of course mean that the last post was six months ago. Oops.

But it’s ok, there has been some progress! Some, albeit not a terrible amount.

First, I’ve moved recently into a new bigger, and much nicer, flat here in Hull. Moving from a one bedroom to a two bedroom place means I now have an office! Yeah, ok, it’s still a total mess from moving, but hey, at least I have a desk and can zone out from the rest of the world for a bit.

Second, I’m becoming more focused in what I’m doing. I’ve started a new personal project and things are going very well behind the scenes. I’m tidying up a ton of legacy things I created in the past (such as dissolving an inactive company) and ensuring that this new business is set up well from the get go.

No mess. No junk. Just a seamless and well-planned project from start to finish. I’ll post more about this project over the coming weeks.

I’ve sorted out most of my “oh shit there’s paperwork everywhere” problem which is also nice. Most things company related go to an address where company will scan it and email it to me, most statements for everything is digital now. Now comes the annoying part of organising it all in The Cloud.

I’ll get there, or at least that’s what I keep telling myself.

This is a bit of a rambling post, but I really need to get back in to posting here on my website. I won’t post this out to social, as its more of an update and general blab than anything else.

Oh, and my new job is going great by the way.
